First full days (yesterday) back in LA

Morning:

Lunch:
– Japanese Ramen
– Salmon
– Soft Shell Crab
Dinner:
– Pat Thai (from the lunch order)
– Vegetable and Meat bun (1/2 of one)

James (my supervisor) took Tony and myself for a lunch yesterday (Friday). It was nice, I suppose it was a sort of apologie for holding me hostage in Canada for so long.

My family KTV is still shutdown, but I suppose it’s just a matter of time before I fix it or HK does.

Too much work!

Been very busy recently and really haven’t had time to document out all my meals. For the most part it has been cafatria food with usually soup or chicken sandwitch. I did give in a few times to onion rings and gravy though. Doh!

So like I’ll hide those days away :3

Dinner:
– Hot Tofu soup
– BBQ Beef (some)
– Salmon Nigiri

Need to get my diet back to normal @.@;;;; The day before it was work from 8am-6am. I just need to fix my health again due to how stupid

I think I ate just enough today, but I’m too lazy to workout >.>;

– Buffalo Strips Wrap
– Fries
– Cheese and Bread Dip

I really should workout, but I’m so tired at the moment.

It was a good day, very productive. We passed a large chunk of the system requirements. Also laid in place alot of other foundations for actions.

Going to sleep to prepare for another big day. I’m so tired. I’m glad I get to return home soon. But then again, we are still far away from finalizing the system!

I need to eat better!!!! (Yelling at myself here)

“Blah!” to overtime and overtime dinners. So unhealthy when it comes to making sure the work gets done! We need more resources and no one cares!

I’m starting to get tired of all the endless run around now. I have no time to even do my time sheets for work!

Oh wellz, I get paid. I spend almost nothing while i’m here except on parking tickets.

I owe 125$ in parking! I should pay them this weekend. =P

I really over packed myself at dinner!. I wish I could work out, but I really need energy for tomorrow. I’ll give it a good night’s run afterwards tomorrow. Completely toast myself.

Monday: Partially health

– 1 Can of Grape Soda

I need to get back on track! I’ve eating badly for two days now!!! It was Stanley’s birthday though (or that’s my excuse). The guy is turning 40, but you really could not possibly imagine it from the way he looks and also the way he acts. Amazing amount of youth in that guy. Always smiling, healthy, taking care of his kids, great guy =)

I want to be clear-minded and sharp like him when I’m at that age. He really had a lot of his piece in line =)

Anyhow, I really need to get back on track. I love food, but it’s killing me! (the food is, well not really). I need to watch what I eat next time when it comes to chinese food. It’s hard to control your partions when it’s just all laying in-front of you! Anyhow, I lose count of exactly how many bowls and how many items I pile on to my rice.

Need to watch what I eat more. =P

– Fries with Gravy
– Cream of Vegetable Soup

– 1 lb. Baby-Back Ribs
– Garlic Mash Potatos
– Ice Tea
Misc:
– 2 Bottles of water.

Went to Baton Rouge with the team. 10 people total! As the leader I gotta take care of my team members of courese =) Total comes out to 370$ CAD. Pretty pricey place and averaged about 30 bucks a person. It’s kinda too much, but I think it’s worth it.

If you expect the best out of your members, you’ve got to provide the best. Keep everyone happy and content so that they feel there is a level of respect for your strife in taking care of them. Effectivily it is the trade off of, gaining more work and well focused work out of happy and willing members of the team, verses how much I need to fight and talk back to the company administration to explain why these expenses are required.
